I had such a good experience! I was welcomed with a robe and a locker to keep my bag in. I got a scalp spa treatment and a haircut. The facilities were lovely. The only drawback for me was that the stylists who worked with me didn’t seem to know how to work with wavy,curly hair. They pulled my hair straight to cut it, so the final style was much shorter than intended. There was a bit of a language barrier, but that’s what technology is for.
