2. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be reissued.
3. There will be a security screening before the entry. The staff will check your personal belongings.
4. All types of cameras and selfie sticks are prohibited inside the venue. Only cellphone cameras are allowed.
5. Children younger than 8 years old cannot enter the venue due to safety reasons.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
