[About the accommodation]
- You will stay all 13 nights at Hanyang Univ. Erica Campus guest house.
- 3 people will share 1 guest house suite. (Living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed & 1 single bed, 1 bathroom)

[About the booking process]
1. Pay 500,000 KRW deposit.
2. On Dec 1, the camp organizers will let us know of initial camp confirmation. If the camp is initially confirmed, you will receive a link to pay the remaining camp fee by Dec 6, 2019 (KST). The remaining camp fee is 2,900,000 KRW.
3. After you have paid the remaining camp fee by Dec 6, you will receive a final confirmation email with full details about the camp by Dec 8, 2019 (KST). The camp will be fully confirmed on Dec 8, 2019 (KST)
4. When the camp is fully confirmed, starting from Dec 8, 2019, the camp organizers will contact you and arrange further details.
*If the tour is canceled by the camp organizer, a full refund will be issued.

[About making travel arrangements and how to meet camp organizers]
1. If you are planning to come to Korea for this camp, please arrive before Dec 22 or arrive on Dec 22 morning (Korea time).
2. When the camp is fully confirmed on Dec 8, 2019, the camp organizers will contact you and arrange how to meet you in Seoul.
3. After the camp, if you would like to stay in Korea, transfer services will be provided to Seoul. Airport/Seoul transfer from Hanyang Univ. Erica Campus is only available on Jan 4.
*If you arrive before Dec 22 and/or depart after Jan 4, you must arrange your own accommodation and transfer.
