- The rail bike platform is located inside Jeongdongjin Station. Please make sure to arrive at the station at least 15 minutes before departure to pick up the tickets.
- Safety instructions will be given just before getting on the rail bike. Please make sure to pay full attention and any incidents/damages caused due to a lack of full acknowledgment of the safety rules will be your responsibility.
- The rail bike will not be canceled because of rain. Please prepare an umbrella or a raincoat in case of rain. If the rail bike is canceled by the agency side, you will be informed in advance and a full refund will be issued.
- If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must check the availability with us at least 3 days before (no later than 5:00pm KST) the original reserved date. Please note that you can change the schedule only once.
