Yes, for safety reasons, children younger than 4 years old and pregnant women cannot join this activity. Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Those who weigh less than 50kg can join this activity by riding with someone lese. If you are riding with someone else, the total weight must be less than 160kg.

In case of bad weather, the activity may not be available on the day. Please call in advance to check the availability. If you cannot fly due to the weather, we will try to reschedule your booking or a full refund will be given. The activity can be canceled on site due to unexpected severe weather conditions. In this case, we will issue a full refund; however, we cannot compensate for the round-trip transportation to/from the venue.
