1. You can use the ticket for the hot air balloon ride only once. Once the ticket is used on site, refund and re-entry is not allowed.
2. Elderly and children must be accompanied with other adults at all times.
3. Pets are prohibited from boarding the air balloon.
4. Hot air balloon riding location may change depending on weather conditions.
5. A maximum of 4 people can ride the hot air balloon at 1 time. If you are a group larger than 4 people, you will need to split up and ride separately.
6. The activity can be cancelled on the reserved date, on site, due to unexpected severe weather conditions. In this case, we will issue a full refund; however, we cannot compensate for the round-trip transportation to/from the venue.
