Once you complete your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show this email to the staff on the day of the tour to join. You must also fill out the boarding registration form and present your ID upon boarding.

keep in mind
- Traffic near the Yachting Center can be congested, so please arrive at least 20 minutes before your boarding time.
- Life jackets are mandatory and provided on the yacht. A fine of 100,000 won will be charged for non-compliance.
- Please complete a boarding registration form upon boarding. Boarding will be denied if the form is not filled out.
- Please bring a valid ID or passport for verification upon boarding.
- If you plan to bring wheelchairs or strollers, please contact us in advance via experience@trazy.com. They can board with the assistance from a safety guard, but must be stored at the boarding area.
- Please be punctual as the yacht cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued for missing the yacht.
- A separate reservation confirmation email will be sent from the operator once your booking is confirmed. Please review the precautions and items to bring included in the email.
[For private tour options] - Water activities in summer or dining after anchoring are available for private yacht tours. You may bring your own food on board.
- A customizable route is available for private tours.
- The booking quantity is based on hours. If you would like to reserve more than 1 hour, please select the appropriate number of hours when booking.
