Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival is one of the well-known winter festivals in Korea. Have fun ice fishing for Sancheoneo (mountain trout) under the frozen river and spice up your winter holiday by tasting grilled trout on the site.

*This package is for FOREIGNERS ONLY. A valid ID (i.e. passport) will be needed to verify your foreigner status. If there is a Korean national in your group, you cannot join this package.
*The same price applies to both adults and children.
*Children under 3 years old are free of charge and will share seats with their parents in the vehicle.
*For a group of 2~3 people, 1 sedan will be assigned. For a group of 4~8 people, 1 van will be assigned.
*The luggage capacity of a sedan or van is a small bag per person.
*There is a catch limit of 3 fish per person, and you must return them to the staff.
*The entrance ticket includes 1 complimentary grilled Sancheoneo fish. If you want to try more than 1, you will have to pay an additional cost.
*Only snow sled and ice sled rental is included in this package. You can experience other activities with an additional price.
*An entrance ticket to the Ice Illumination Plaza is included in this package. The plaza is located within a 10-minute walking distance from the festival venue. Please check the exact location here.
*The festival voucher (5,000 won) can be used just like cash at restaurants near the festival venue.
*You cannot exchange or refund the voucher for cash on the day.
*You can start this tour between 8:00am~9:00am. Please write down your desired pick up time upon booking.
