- Taxis are covered by insurance for medical expenses in the event of a traffic accident during the ride, following relevant regulations and compensation procedures.
- Even if the tour ends early, partial refunds are not available.
- In the event that drinks or other liquids are spilled, the tour may be terminated early, and the tour cost will not be refunded. Additionally, a cleaning fee will be charged, which is specified by law at 150,000 won.
- If the vehicle is damaged to the customer's fault, repair costs will be charged.
