Was a lot of fun. The team was timely and super friendly. Definitely worth it. Nam (ski instructor) had a big group to handle but he worked hard to get all of our attention.

We reserved two separate packages and were initially assigned to different groups. However, both Windsor and XIU were incredibly accommodating and managed to arrange for us to be together. They reached out to us a day prior, provided clear instructions, and were very friendly throughout the process. Overall, we had a great trip and were very pleased with the experience!

Good trip of snowboard. The coach is very fluent in putonghua and English, especially Lim, Kyu and the female coach. Join next time.

The guide is very nice, including Danny, Molly, and 小胖. Their putonghua is pretty good which is unexpected. They may contact you before one day and also the pick up location is so clear. I was very enjoyable. I will join it next time.

Tony and Liam were great tour guides, very funny and welcoming. They helped us on the slopes when they noticed I was having difficulty. Overall easy and smooth experience. I like that they organise everything and we just sit back and relax. Tony even found us waiting in the pick up area and showed us to the bus stop.

Great activity! Pick up was smooth and Tony and the team were so nice and fun. The ‘lesson’ was very basic, didn’t last long, but it was still really great value for the price .

A nice activity to experience snow and ski. The tour operator is efficient and on time.The tour guide/instructor is friendly and very helpful. The lesson given is very basic. If you want to learn more skiing skills, you could hire a private instructor.

My second time with them, previously with Liam and now Hailyn. They are great as usual. Hailyn is very accommodating and assisted me well when I needed assistance for an injury, she was there to help and monitor till the time we got off the bus! Kudos to her and the team! ❤️

ski instructor liam went out of the way to guide and give tips to snowboard better. he is also very detailed and patient in answering queries. 10/10 would recommend him if you were to visit elysian!

Amazing experience but it s cold and a bit difficult to play. I dont think we need to buy lift pass if we are beginner as we ll take a lot of time to practice. But you definely need a glove. Tour guide - Peter- is very helpful and supportive. He helped me a lot. Thank you.

The instructors were really friendly, helpful and fun - answering any questions we had and giving us useful tips and instructions when we met on the slopes! Thank you Liam for being a good and patient ski coach. He was a patient to coach my niece's beginner ski lesson and left her a good memories during this winter ski experience. The trip was a pleasant trip for me and my family and the meeting point instruction was cleared and easy to access.

I would like to thank Trazy and our instructor, Won, for providing us a seamless arrangement for this trip. Won has been very professional, nice and patient with us even we have young children and elderly. The fundamental skiing skills that he taught us are easy to understand and we can start off straight away. We even went to a higher, steeper slope after a few rounds of practise. We had a lot of fun and this is one of the best memory we had in Korea. I highly recommend this package!

Really enjoyed our first time skiing! So happy that our coaches, Joy, Peter, and Mr. Park are very accommodating and friendly! They speak great english and have great personalites! Highly recommend this trip ❤️ They taught us the basics of skiing well. We even got free drinks and coupons from them. Will definitely book this in the future again 🥰

Thank you Joy for guiding us during the lesson. The planning is smooth and the guides reminded us on the time and venue. The ski resort is quite crowded although it is a weekday.

A well organized trip, with friendly and helpful guides. Peter, one of the snowboard instructors, took time to ensure that you got the basics, before leaving you on your own to build your confidence. In terms of the resort, the slopes are okay, though you’d probably want to try a bigger resort if you were a bit more experienced. The dining facilities are a bit lacking.

It was so fun! Good points: -Kind instructors -Nice bus -Pretty ski clothes rental -So much fun -Complimentary hot chocolate -Lots of freedom Things that could be improved/tips -The restaurant there is a little pricey so if you want to save money bring your own food and eat it in the orange cabin -It was a little bit difficult to hear the instructor during the lesson so maybe a louder microphone? -It would have been nice to eat food with the others so maybe an optional meeting place and time for those who came solo to eat with the group -The ski gloves aren't rented, they have to be bought -Theres no convenience store there so bring what you need Overall it was so much fun! Enough time to ski and enjoy Elysian. I want to go again! Thank you Peter and Joy 😊

Really enjoyed this trip and the weather was perfect as it was snowing, it made the skiing experience even more enjoyable. Elysian has 2 Beginner slopes which are perfect for those who don’t have a lot of ski experience. Would like to commend both Peter and Joy as our tour guides. Peter is always responsive whenever you have questions before and during the trip. Joy was our instructor for the ski and she explains the important concepts really well but we were a big group so it was challenging for her to attend to everyone especially a lot of people have questions/concerns given that it is their first time to ski. Peter was able to assist towards the end after he finished with the snowboarding lessons but would have been better if Joy have someone to assist her right from the beginning. Nevertheless, the experience is still very enjoyable and will definitely book this package again in the future and would recommend to my friends visiting Korea.

I had so much fun from this trip. Our coach Jacob is well organised and efficient. He is also friendly and patient with everyone. The equipment provided were in good condition. The only slight drawback was that the place was very crowded so it's a bit hard to snowboard or ski freely as you please as you have to be mindful of not hitting other people standing nearby. And I also believe that the extra 20,000 won charges for the goggles and helmets were unnecessary as they should be part of the clothing and equipment rentals that were already included in the package. Hope this can change. But overall, it was a great trip. 2 thumbs up for Jacob and highly recommended.

First time snowboarding and it was amazing!!! My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! I would definitely do this all over again!! Our hots/coaches were both amazing!! Peter instructed our snowboarding lesson, from teaching the safety rules, how to put boots on, board on, how to fall safely, how to snowboard, how to brake! He spoke well and built a great rapport with all of us!! Resort had affordable food, clean facilities, bus pick ups and drop offs were on time! An all round great experience! Thank you all the way from South Africa 🇿🇦

The activity was very enjoyable even for first time skiers. Our ski instructor Marshall was very clear with the instructions and was very helpful. The other tour guide, Joy was also helpful to us. We had so much fun skiing and will definitely go back again when we had another winter trip to Korea. 🥰

There are definitely a few pro's and cons for this activity. Starting with the Pro's. We really enjoyed the Ski'ing. Its a great place and has lots of fun slopes for different levels. The staff were all quite friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun once we got on the slopes. However, the organisation of this trip was BAD. Getting the bus in the morning wasn't too much hassle. The first stop is the place where you can pick up the Ski clothes. We paid for clothes rental. This only includes trousers and a jacket which the website does specify. This place was chaos. About 5 buses of people arrived at once, everyone goes in at once and it's just a big jumble sale! Renting clothes wasn't cheap and then we ended up paying an EXTRA 80,00 for gloves, helmet and goggles. Surely helmet should be included? We were told by our guide these things were NEEDED. However when we got skiing we soon realised the gloves and goggles were totally unnecessary and for the beginner slopes, the helmet probably was too, the rental of these things we were told was absolutely necessary and doubled the price of the trip! The English speaking guide was great. We felt really bad for him because since it was the luna holiday, lots of staff had been given the day off. We paid for an individual ski lesson, however, due to the lack of staff, this poor guy had to try to teach our ski lesson and a snowboarding lesson to a family at the same time. Also due to the Luna holiday, the busses set off back to Seoul an HOUR earlier than it said on Trazy. Our busses were also switched. On this trip there was an English bus, with an English speaking guide and a Chinese bus with a Chinese speaking guide. Our bus was changed and we were put on the Chinese speaking bus, left to wonder what an earth was going on as nothing was translated into English. The Chinese speaking guide was RUDE. During the day, when attempting to carry my Ski's and Ski boots, I asked him to help me but the latter down to avoid dropping the Ski's. His response was "Yes, haha You are a girl". This kind of sexist behaviour should be totally unacceptable in 2020. Overall the resort is really fab! The English speaking guide was amazing! Though we really cannot recommend buying this package.

Renting clothes wasn't cheap and then we ended up paying an EXTRA 80,00 for gloves, helmet and goggles. Surely helmet should be included? We were told by our guide these things were NEEDED. However when we got skiing we soon realised the gloves and goggles were totally unnecessary and for the beginner slopes, the helmet probably was too, the rental of these things we were told was absolutely necessary and doubled the price of the trip! The English speaking guide was great. We felt really bad for him because since it was the luna holiday, lots of staff had been given the day off. We paid for an individual ski lesson, however, due to the lack of staff, this poor guy had to try to teach our ski lesson and a snowboarding lesson to a family at the same time. Also due to the Luna holiday, the busses set off back to Seoul an HOUR earlier than it said on Trazy. Our busses were also switched. On this trip there was an English bus, with an English speaking guide and a Chinese bus with a Chinese speaking guide. Our bus was changed and we were put on the Chinese speaking bus, left to wonder what an earth was going on as nothing was translated into English. The Chinese speaking guide was RUDE. During the day, when attempting to carry my Ski's and Ski boots, I asked him to help me but the latter down to avoid dropping the Ski's. His response was "Yes, haha You are a girl". This kind of sexist behaviour should be totally unacceptable in 2020. Overall the resort is really fab! The English speaking guide was amazing! Though we really cannot recommend buying this package.

Organisation was fantastic people were friendly and very helpful. Especially when we at first couldnt find out guide the team responded promptly, but he also contacted us and helped us alot. The place was really good, it was a bit full with lots of other tours, but the experience for the price was totally worth it. The guide was always at hand to assist with anything and the bus and rental of clothes was well handled and organised.
