The tour was very very interesting. Our guide Paul from PLK TRAVEL was an excellent guide, he constantly had some interesting to share. It was especially great to hear his family history and how he's the 3rd generation son of am ancestrally North Korean family that got forced to the south during the communist uprising. Touring the DMZ was really interesting. Paul helped us understand the gravitas of the situation and the very human pain still present for many Korean people. My highlight of the day was the incredible view from the Mt Gamaksan Suspension Bridge. Also known as the Gloucester heroes bridge, which Paul helped us understand the history of. Would highly recommend

From start to finish, this trip was excellent. Joining instructions were clear and we particularly liked having a photo of where we were to meet along with the directions. Our tour guide, Paul, was amazing. He was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Most importantly, he was incredibly knowledgeable and shared his knowledge throughout the trip. He shared his family's personal connection with the North/South Korea situation which made things even more real. The sites visited were all excellent and we learned loads.
