- Please note that the stylists can communicate in basic English. While they may not be fully fluent, they will do their best to assist you.
- Fees for dyeing and bleaching are based on standard hair lengths. An additional charge of 55,000 won will apply for longer hair, payable on-site.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the reserved time. Those who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
- Service duration may vary depending on your hair condition.
- Please specify any dyeing or perming treatments you've had within the last 3 months upon booking.
- If your preferred date and time is no longer available, our customer service team will reach out to you via email within 24 hours to assist with alternative options.
- Celebrity sightings may occur at the hair salon. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting their privacy.

Yes, additional fees apply based on hair length. For longer hair, an extra charge of 55,000 won will be added for dyeing or bleaching services. This fee is payable on-site.
How do I get to CARADI Hair Salon by public transportation?
Get off at Apgujeong Station (Line 3) and take Exit 3. After exiting, turn around and cross the street. Turn right and walk straight for one block, then make a left onto Eonju-ro 159-gil. Continue straight until you reach the main street, then turn right and cross the street at the first crosswalk. After crossing, head straight ahead. Walk past three buildings and take the narrow alley to your right. CARADI will be on the left side of the alley. (Approximately a 13-minute walk)
