Our tour guide, Ki, is a super nice guy who ensured we have a fulfilling time throughout the day. He gave us tips at every location which further enhance our experiences. Apart from that, he also made a lunch reservation for us and though the portion was too much for a person, it’s a hearty meal regardless. Since we finished lunch earlier than expected, he brought us to Elysian Ski Resort and we were given a chance to get on the ski lift to the top of the mountain and spend some time there (note: extra 20k won per person for the lift). Anyways, the whole trip was entertaining and memorable, thank you Ki!

Yes, solo travelers are welcome. However, please note that this tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.
Is there an English-speaking guide?
No, this tour does not include a guide, but there is an English-speaking tour staff (driver).
Are child tickets available?
No, the same price applies to both adults and children. However, children under 36 months may join free of charge but must share a seat with a parent or guardian in the vehicle.
Can I change the tour date or number of people after booking?
Yes, you can request changes up to 3 days before the tour date. To modify your booking, please contact us at experience@trazy.com at least 3 days in advance.
Is hotel pickup and drop-off included?
No, hotel pickup and drop-off are not provided. Please join the tour at one of the following locations: Hongik University Station, Myeongdong Station, or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station.
Is lunch included in the tour? Are halal options available?
No, lunch is not included. The tour staff will recommend nearby dining options during the tour. There is also a halal-certified restaurant on Nami Island.
Is the Gapyeong Rail Bike automatic?
No, the Gapyeong Rail Bike is not automatic. You will need to pedal manually throughout the course, which is easy to ride.
How many people can ride the Gapyeong Rail Bike?
The standard rail bike is a shared 2-seater.
