*ALL participants must bring valid ID for age verification.
*Please make sure to pick up the ticket first, exchange the ticket into a wristband, and then proceed to the gate.

[Admission]
1. No one under the age of 15 (international age) will be admitted to the event. If you are under 15, you will not be able to attend the festival nor receive a refund on the day.
2. The confirmation email and valid photo ID are required to pick up wristbands. ALL participants must bring valid ID for age verification.
3. Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and wristbands. No replacements will be issued.
4. Reselling or transferring of tickets is prohibited.

[Rules & Regulations]
1. Should there be reports or complaints from the audience of any physical or non-physical advances that cause discomfort, you will be escorted out of the venue immediately without further warnings.
2. Sharp objects, including knife or scissors, as well as dangerous items, including fireworks and explosives, are strictly prohibited.
3. Food and beverages including a bottle of water are not allowed.
4. The use of professional cameras (DSLR level and above) is prohibited at the festival. All forms of photo shoot & video recording may be prohibited upon artists' request. Please be aware that taking photos and videos of artists during their performance is related to copyright and right of likeness and may lead to legal action. Unauthorized photos & videos will be deleted and may lead to the restriction on entry.
5. The ground may be slippery due to special water effects. Therefore, we recommend you to avoid wearing flip-flops or heels as they may lead to accidents. Instead, please wear sandals with straps or shoes that can protect your feet.
6. Beach wear and rash guard are recommended for your outfit. Please avoid wearing inappropriate clothing that may cause discomfort to others.
7. Please be careful with all of your belongings. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
8. Elderly, pregnant women, and anyone under special health condition are not recommended to join the festival.
9. Lockers will be available at an additional charge on site.
10. Parking space is highly limited. Please use public transportation.
11. Items with historical issues, such as Rising Sun Flag, are prohibited from being brought in.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
