[Overtime charges cost]

5,000 Yen per hour will apply for any additional time beyond the default tour hours.
A surcharge of 5,000 Yen per hour will also apply for services rendered between 8:00pm and 10:00pm.
Upon pick-up, if the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, an additional charge of 5,000 Yen per hour will apply.
Additional fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
Any service time under 1 hour will still be considered as 1 hour.

Standard baggage size: 36cm x 25cm x 53cm.
Oversized baggage: Counts as 2 pieces.
If the maximum number of passengers or permitted baggage allowance is exceeded, you will be responsible for any missed boarding costs.

No. Admission fees to attractions, meals, and any other personal expenses are not included in the tour price and must be paid separately.

Are there overtime charges for the private van service?

Yes. An overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour applies if the service exceeds the standard tour duration. All additional charges, including overtime and waiting fees, must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
