Yes. Children under 2 years old can ride free of charge, but no seat will be provided. Older children require a regular ticket and sea
What luggage and ski equipment can I bring on board?
You may store one set of ski or snowboard equipment and one additional piece of luggage in the bus trunk. Ski and snowboard equipment must be placed in a proper bag or case to prevent damage.
Does the shuttle bus driver speak English?

I'm running a bit late. Will the shuttle bus wait for me?
Please understand that the shuttle bus cannot wait for those who are late. Please make sure to arrive at the location on time. No refunds/changes will be made for missing the shuttle bus.
When should I arrive at the meeting point?
Passengers departing from New Chitose Airport must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. For all other meeting points, passengers must arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
