FAQ
Which lift ticket do you recommend?
For private lessons, the lift pass you purchase will depend on your goals and ability level. For beginners (Level 1~3), a Grand Hirafu full day pass is recommended, which will give you access to Grand Hirafu & Hanazono resort. If you are more experienced (Level 4~6) and you would like to explore more Annupuri or Niseko Village you will need an All Mountain lift pass.
I have children in my group with adults, can they join?
Children seven and older are welcome to join lessons with adults on the basis that all participants are of a similar ability level. Children younger than 6 years old generally will not be booked with adults. Please leave an inquiry by email at inquiry@trazy.com for options.
I have a group of skiers/boarders in my group. Can they join the lesson?
No. Private lessons are available for the discipline booked only.
Are ski/snowboard equipment included?
No, ski and snowboard rentals are not included. Please have them prepared before the lesson. You can check out the rental items offered at Rhythm Hirafu Store here.
