- You can pick up the equipment after 1:00pm on the day before the rental period starts. Please return the rented equipment before 10:00 am the day after the rental period ends.

Please keep in mind
- If the cable car is suspended, flights are canceled or delayed for the whole day due to abnormal weather, a full refund will be provided.
- You can pick up the equipment after 1:00pm on the day before the rental starts. Please return the rented equipment before 10:00am the next day after the rental period ends.
- Free waxing service is provided. Please inform the staff if you need it.
- You can exchange equipment for different models or swap skis for snowboards (or vice versa) for free, but please note that you cannot keep the original rental equipment, so the required equipment may be out of stock when you exchange it again.
- The designated brand may not be available on the rental day.
- For hygiene reasons, goggles and gloves cannot be rented, but a large selection of low-priced gloves and goggles are available for sale in the store.
