*The examples of large luggage are as follows: golf bag, bicycle, surfboard, TV, etc.
*The selected date with the option will be your desired luggage drop-off date, and please indicate desired drop-off time at checkout.

*Luggage pick-up at the airport on a different day from your flight departure
- Please indicate your desired luggage pick-up date & time upon booking, if different from your flight information.
- If the storage period exceeds your desired pick-up date & time, 100 baht per day will be charged.
*Different luggage size when booked and when measured on the day
- If the actual luggage size is different from your booking details, an additional charge or partial refund will be made in cash on the day.

Same day delivery condition:
*While you can drop off your luggage at the hotel anytime, there are 2 conditions to use the same day delivery:
1) At least 7 hours gap between the drop-off time and your flight time
2) Luggage dropped off by 2:00pm
- Example of the last available schedule: luggage drop-off at 2:00pm → pick up at 7:00pm → flight departure at 9:00pm

*You are prohibited to use the delivery service if your luggage contains the following items:
1. Valuable items
- Electronics such as cameras, laptops, tablets, smartphones
- Expensive jewelry and accessories
- Cash, credit/debit cards, cheques
2. Weapons and sharp objects
3. Prohibited Items
- Batteries
- Flammable items
- Gases, explosives, radioactive materials
- Toxic or infectious substances
- Dry ice
- Pressurized containers
- Corrosive

1. Please note that you should drop off your luggage no later than 10 minutes from the requested drop off time. The operator is not responsible for the delivery and refund otherwise.
2. Insurance covers potential damaged, lost, or stolen luggage up to 50,000 baht per luggage.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
