The meeting point is at the Big Holiday Tour reception counter at the bus terminal on the 1st floor of Sunshine City Cultural Hall, the east exit of Ikebukuro Station. *The counter is located at the very back of the terminal. A staff member wearing a yellow (fluorescent) jumper or vest will guide you.
