What is the meeting point for the bus?

The meeting point is at the Big Holiday Tour reception counter at the bus terminal on the 1st floor of Sunshine City Cultural Hall, the east exit of Ikebukuro Station. *The counter is located at the very back of the terminal. A staff member wearing a yellow (fluorescent) jumper or vest will guide you.

Can children join the tour?

Children under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older. Children under 6 are not allowed to participate. Children under 15 cannot travel alone.

How do I exchange my rental equipment and lift ticket?

- Rental equipment: Pick up at E-ma Rental, located a 1-minute walk from the resort center inside Urban Hill Ishiuchi.
- Lift ticket: Collect at the ticket counter inside the resort center.
*You will need to enter your details on your smartphone to receive the coupon. Instructions are provided at the bus meeting point.

Can I change my drop-off location on the return journey?

Yes, you can request to be dropped off at Shinjuku instead of Ikebukuro. Please inform the bus driver when boarding.

Are helmets, gloves, or goggles included?

No, these accessories are not included. Helmets, gloves, goggles, hats, undergarments, spats, and socks must be brought by the participant or purchased onsite.
