[Boarding]
  1. A final confirmation email will be sent to you within 1~2 business days.
  2. Please show it to the staff before boarding to get a ticket(s) and a luggage tag(s). Boarding normally starts 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  3. Please wait at the lobby at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pick-up time.
  4. The vehicle may arrive 10~30 minutes earlier or later depending on traffic. You can check the van status using the contact information provided in the confirmation email.
  5. Due to the characteristic of a shared van & coach transfer service, customers MUST be ready for pick-up at around the designated pick-up time. The driver/staff won't wait for those who haven't checked out from their hotels and still in their rooms, or who haven't returned to their hotel lobby after shopping/tours yet. It's your responsibility to keep the confirmed pick-up time.
  6. If you miss the coach, no refund will be made.

[Luggage]
  1. The staff member will help you put your luggage in and out from the storage compartment of the vehicle. While they'll do their best to handle customers' luggage, your luggage may be put on top of items from other passengers in the compartment. If you have any fragile item to be placed in the storage, please inform the staff. However, it's your responsibility to look after it including any loss or damages. It's recommended to have your own travel insurance to insure any of your valuables.
  2. All baggage must be clearly labeled with the name of the owner and destination address.
  3. The following items should not be included in the baggage, and it is the customer's liability for damages or loss of these items:
  • Cash and/or cash equivalent
  • Jewelry, antiques, or similar valuable items
  • Any fragile items (e.g. glassware)
  • Electronic devices (e.g. camera, mobile phone, laptop)

[Other Notes]
  1. Please leave spare time for the possibility of late departure or bad traffic along the way. It's not the local provider's or Trazy's liability for any missed flights or trips, occurring from situations beyond control such as: accidents causing delays to the vehicle; restricted vehicular access; exceptional/severe weather conditions/compliance with requests of the police; deaths and accidents on the road; unforeseen traffic delays; any actions by 3rd parties; problems caused by other customers; the vehicle being held/delayed by a police officer/government official; or any other circumstances that may affect delays and safety.
  2. The included insurance covers the maximum medical expenses in case of bodily injury of 50,000 baht per person and passengers' accidental death/disability of 100,000 baht per person. It is recommended that customers have their own travel insurance to cover their medical expenses, damages, or losses as necessary.
  3. Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages are not allowed while traveling on a coach and a van.
  4. All customers MUST fasten their seat belts while traveling on all public transportation, if provided, as otherwise there can be a fine of 5,000 baht.
  5. There's no baby seats or child booster seats available.
