Visa fee: 2,000 baht (payable in cash on-site at the immigration counter)
Period of stay: not exceeding 15 days
Entry: single entry
Required documents: a passport with at least 30 days of validity remaining, 2 photos in 4 x 6 cm size taken within the last 6 months, proof of accommodation in Thailand (hotel or apartment address), proof of sufficient funds to support your stay (minimum 10,000 baht for single travelers and 20,000 baht per family), and a proof of a return ticket departing Thailand (open tickets do not qualify, and the destination cannot be a neighboring country)

[Arriving in Thailand - Arrival Immigration Service]

An airport staff member will wait for you at the arrival gate holding a sign with your name.
You will see the staff as soon as you exit the airplane tunnel that connects the aircraft to the airport.
If your flight parks at a remote gate and requires a shuttle bus, the staff will assist you with the application form and required documents. Any related fees must be paid directly by the passenger.
The staff will escort you to the Fast Track Immigration counter.
After you complete immigration, the staff will meet you outside the counter and assist with baggage claim.
Once you collect your luggage, the staff will guide you through customs.
Finally, you will be escorted to your selected transportation, such as a private car, taxi, or other arranged service.

[Departing from Thailand - Departure Immigration Service]

An airport staff member will meet you at the agreed meeting point at the pre-arranged time.
The staff will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the check-in counter.
They will help with all check-in procedures.
After check-in, you will be escorted through Fast Track security and immigration.
Once inside the secure area, the staff will temporarily leave and meet you again after immigration clearance.
The staff will then escort you to the airline departure lounge (if applicable) or directly to your departure gate, unless you request otherwise.
If you are running late and boarding has already started, the staff will escort you directly to the gate.
