Even though you have reserved and paid for the SIM card you also need to take a number from the small self service kiosk next to the pick up desk and wait until your number is called. The workers will not help you set up and check your SIM card. You follow the instructional pamphlet and if there is an issue, you have to contact KT to get help.

1. Make sure to book with the exact full name on your passport.
2. If you have used a SIM card in Korea before, please give us the IMEI information of your phone in the required information field. You can find the IMEI information of your phone by pressing *#06# on the dial screen from your phone.
3. Please make sure to unlock your smartphone through your cellphone carrier before coming to Korea, especially if you are from the United States, Canada or Japan. If your smartphone is locked, you CANNOT use this SIM card.
4. You must bring your original passport and credit card to pick up the device.
