Each person may bring one hand luggage on the bus; additional luggage should be stored in the hotel or nearby lockers.
The explanation during the tour will be primarily in English, with Mandarin/Cantonese assistance provided based on individual needs.
Please note that the panoramic view of Mount Fuji may not be visible due to weather conditions.
During the flowering season, expect crowds and possible severe traffic jams. It is recommended to bring food.
Pregnant women and individuals with special health conditions should be aware of the long travel times involved. The tour is not responsible for emergencies due to physical discomfort. Be mindful of the risk of not being able to seek immediate medical assistance.

In case of bad weather (e.g., typhoons, snowstorms), a decision to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (by 15:00 local time), and participants will be notified by email.
Arrive at the meeting place 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be waited for.
Be punctual at each spot’s gathering time. No refunds will be given if you cannot continue due to being late.
