Attraction tickets and meals are NOT included in the price.
Gotemba Premium Outlet and Onsen are regularly closed on the third Thursday in February. On that day, you can choose between sightseeing at Lake Yamanaka or enjoying an onsen at Yamanakako.
Children younger than 3 years old are free of charge and will share seats with their parents in the vehicle.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Each passenger can carry one light handbag/backpack. If you want to carry a suitcase or large luggage, Please specify when making a reservation for confirmation.
Seniors aged 70 and above must ensure they are healthy and suitable for travel and be accompanied by family members or friends aged 22 and above to ensure their well-being during the tour.

During the group itinerary, leaving the group in advance or in the middle of the tour is not allowed. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be considered your own abandonment, and no refund will be given. Any accidents that may occur after leaving the group are solely your responsibility.
Please keep your mobile phone unblocked during the travel period so that relevant reception staff can contact you in case of emergencies or changes in itinerary.
If you have a history of motion sickness or seasickness, it is recommended that you make preparations to prevent discomfort and ensure a pleasant journey.
