Had a really lovely tour on 07/07 ! Despite us not getting a view of Fuji because of the clouds, the weather was otherwise wonderful. All stops, minus the Lawson which without Fuji in the back is just a Lawson, were really pretty and good to both just enjoy and take pictures of. While the view of Fuji wasn't clear, our tour did have a nice timing of being during Tanabata so seeing the wish decorations here and there on the stops was a fun extra to the trip~
Jeffrey was a fun and friendly guide. He taught the group some simple japanese and we all got to thank the driver in his own language this way, which I personallu found really nice. All information was given clearly and if one had any questions they were always free to ask them.
All in all I wouldn't stress too much about Fuji visibility on the day because even if you can't see it much or at all, the tour itself still is a worthy experience to go on. A nice look of the area and a moment away from the bustling of Tokyo.
