Once you make a booking, a mobile ticket will be sent to you via email. Please show your mobile ticket at the ticket office on the 1st floor of Dragon Plaza to redeem your lift and rental passes.

Extra fees may be charged for early check-in, late check-out or additional bedding or towels.

What is included in the Yongpyong Ski Resort 2D1N tour package?

The package includes a 1-night stay at Yongpyong Ski Resort, a lift pass, and ski or snowboard equipment rental. Meals, ski lessons, goggles, helmet, gloves, and a tour guide are not included.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 11:00am. Extra fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

Can I change from skiing to snowboarding after picking up the equipment?

No, once you choose skiing or snowboarding and pick up the equipment, you cannot change your selection.

Can I rent goggles, helmets, or gloves at the resort?

Yes, these items are available at an additional cost:

- Goggles: ~20,000 won (including deposit)
- Helmet: ~5,000 won
- Gloves: ~20,000 won (purchase only)

What are the ski slope operating hours at Yongpyong Ski Resort?

On Day 1, slopes are open from 9:00am to 10:00pm, with a break from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. On Day 2, slopes operate from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Night skiing may not be available depending on conditions.

Can I bring my pet to the ski resort?

No, pets are not allowed at Yongpyong Ski Resort.

Is there a minimum age for skiing or snowboarding?

The minimum age for skiing is 3 years old (recommended 5), and for snowboarding, it is 5 years old (recommended 10). Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent.
