For exceeding the standard tour duration:

Driver & vehicle: 25,000 won per hour
Tour guide: 30,000 won per hour

For services outside regular operating hours:

Pick-ups before 8:00am: 25,000 won per hour
Tours ending after 10:00pm: 20,000 won per 30 minutes

For pick-ups outside Seoul:

30,000 won per one-way trip

Capacity: 1~6 people
May accommodate up to seven passengers with a max. of four 24-inch suitcases.
Suitcases 28 inches and above count as one passenger.
For groups of five or more, it is difficult to accommodate more than five suitcases.

2) Big van (for up to 13 passengers)

Capacity: 7~13 people
May accommodate up to ten passengers with a max. of four 24-inch suitcases.
Suitcases 28 inches and above count as one passenger.
For groups of ten or more, it is difficult to accommodate more than ten suitcases.

What is included in the private car charter?

The price includes a private vehicle, fuel, toll fees, a basic English/Chinese-speaking driver, and the driver's meals.

What is not included in the tour price?

Excluded are meals, admission fees to attractions, and a tour guide (unless you add the optional guide).

Can I add a tour guide to my booking?

Yes, there's an optional guide add-on. When you book, you can choose to include a professional tour guide in addition to the driver.

Is the itinerary fixed or customizable?

The tour is fully customizable. You can decide where to go, how long to stay, and your own sightseeing points.

Where and when do I get picked up and dropped off?

Pick up is from your hotel in Seoul. You can even choose airport pick-up/drop-off at an additional charge if needed.

What are the tour hours? Is there a time limit?

The standard tour hours are 8 to 12 hours, depending on the option chosen. There are additional fees for exceeding the standard duration and for services outside regular operating hours of 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Will the driver act as a tour guide?

Not necessarily. The driver speaks basic English or Chinese and will drive you according to your planned itinerary, but they will not guide you inside attractions unless you have added the optional guide.
