[How to download/activate eSIM]
1. Choose your arrival date and upload a clear photo of yourself along with your passport when placing an order.
*If you fail to provide the photos, you will receive the eSIM after 11:00am on your arrival date.
2. Once all the necessary information is provided, a ready-to-use eSIM QR code will be sent to your email 1 business day before your arrival. Scan and download the eSIM to your phone.
3. The eSIM will activate automatically upon arrival and start functioning.
*In case you install the eSIM plan outside Korea, it will activate automatically when you arrive in Korea and your phone connects to the local network.

Credits	11,000 Won per 30-day You can purchase additional credits as you need. If you order a 60-day, 90-day, and 120-day eSIM, your initial credit will be 22,000won, 33,000won, and 44,000won, respectively.
Voice	Dialing/outgoing (local calls only) - 4.4 won per second. *Incoming calls are free of charge.
SMS	Sending/outgoing (local SMS only) - 110 won per SMS *Incoming SMS is free of charge.
SIM Card Extension	- If you wish to extend your SIM card, please contact the SIM card company office through the customer service channel before the eSIM expires.
This eSIM is for non-Koreans only. Only 1 SIM card can be purchased per person. MVoIP calls via Facetime, Skype, LINE, Kakao, Whatsapp or Messenger are supported. You can share the internet connection with other devices via tethering. Unlike other sim card plans, this eSIM will not be terminated even if you travel outside of Korea.* *For 60, 90, 120-day eSIMs, please note that a 30-day eSIM code will be provided initially and automatically extended within 1-2 days of your arrival.

Does this eSIM come with a Korean local 010 phone number?

Yes, a Korean phone number starting with 010 will be issued for all eSIM options.

Can I extend the eSIM for a long period?

Yes, this eSIM can be extended. To do so, please contact the SIM card company office through the customer service channel BEFORE the eSIM expires.

Would this eSIM stop working if I depart Korea?

No, this eSIM will not be terminated even if you travel outside of Korea. As long as you return to Korea before the eSIM expires, your service will continue uninterrupted.

What if the eSIM doesn't work on my phone?

Please check with your phone carrier to make sure your phone is eSIM compatible. Also make sure your smartphone is unlocked through your carrier, especially if you are from the United States, Canada, or Japan.
