Bus was on time, Hallim Park gardens were great. Tour guide was well informed, and spoke English well. If I am back in the area, I would contact Trazy tours again, and I would hope for the same guide. But skip the tea plantation. It was a waste of time.

The standard bus rental includes 9 hours of service, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. If your tour exceeds 9 hours, an overtime fee of 100,000 won per additional hour will be charged.

Yes, an additional charge applies for pick-up or drop-off in Seogwipo. This fee is already included when you select the Seogwipo option during booking.
How do I choose the correct pick-up location?
If your accommodation is in Jeju City (Jeju-si), please select the pick-up from Jeju City option. If it is in Seogwipo City (Seogwipo-si), select the Seogwipo pick-up option. Please double-check the exact address of your accommodation before booking.
