- Parking fees, seagull food, and onboard food & drinks are NOT included in the price. Seagull food and food & drinks can be purchased separately at the onboard shop. As seagulls are wild animals, however, they may not come close depending on the weather and sailing conditions.
- Children younger than 4 years old are free of charge. Please bring your child's ID for age verification. If proof of age is not provided, the child fare may apply.
- English assistance is available on-site. When communication in English is difficult, staff may use translation apps such as Papago to help. Dedicated Japanese and Chinese language assistance is not available.
- All passengers must carry a passport/a clear photo of the passport and a voucher with the booking confirmation number.
- Please make sure you arrive at the ticket office at least 30 minutes before departure. You'll need to receive the boarding ticket with the attached boarding declaration form, fill it in (passport/clear photo of the passport required), and prepare for boarding.

- Arrive at the ticket booth at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Present the booking number at the ticket office.
- After the reservation is verified, receive the boarding ticket with the attached boarding declaration form.
- Fill in the form with your name, date of birth, and contact number (international phone numbers are accepted).
- Present the boarding ticket and ID together at the boarding gate.
- Board the vessel once verification is complete.

- Kick scooters and alcohol are not permitted onboard, as the pier includes a downhill section where accidents can occur; both should be left at the ticket office for safekeeping.
- Departure times may shift, or departures may be canceled due to bad weather, safety concerns, vessel conditions, or if the minimum number of passengers is not met. In that case, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation notices are generally provided by the day before, though same-day notice may occur depending on weather and safety conditions.
- Performance content, performers, and performance locations may change depending on the sailing date, departure time, weather, or vessel conditions.
