First of all, the Trazy staff were all very helpful and friendly! Perfect directions to the meeting spots, comfortable buses, and right on schedule! Also, great communication with all the guests to insure that everyone met for the return ride back home! I couldn’t be more pleased with this experience.

Had fun with theme park and kpop concert. Wish we had more time at the theme. The line up for the concert is my favorite ITZY. Thank you

The Incheon concert was good but could have been excellent. I have 3 issues with it. 1. It took them an extra 15 minutes after the concert started to get everyone inside. In the the future they should open the gates 30 minutes earlier than their current time. 2. The staff was blocking the view for most of the concert. If I wanted to watch it on a screen I would have stayed home. In the future I hope they give their staff a chair or instruct them to sit down. 3. If we had gotten there earlier we might have been able to see the idols do a fanmeet. The park was fun, but I think meeting the idols would have been better. The Trazy staff did everything well. The bus drive at the end was a little scary.

What an experience. The Kpop concert part was definitely the highlight. That was really good. However the logistics side of the trip wasn't done as well. We left our meet up point late, after we were told the bus wouldn't wait for any late people, we waited 30mins for people to still arrive. This led us to be late at the Wolmi stop and in so we only had one hour to look around and grab something to eat if possible. Because we arrived there late from the traffic as well. At the concert things were okay but our guide seemed very confused and unsure about many things. Some of the other guides seemed way more on top of what was happening, so we assumed it was the first time for our guide. Meeting points after the concert were very disorganised and we were unsure of exact times, this even led to us missing our connecting ktx trains as we arrived in seoul later than expected. Overall the experience was good, but the organisation of the logistics could definitely be improved. Worth doing tho. The seating was good very near the stage and the venue had lots of snacks and time to eat before the event.

The 14th INK K-Pop Concert was a great experience. The entire schedule was well-organized and we had enough time to enjoy all the activities. The concert itself was amazing, with good vibes and energy and offered us (the foreigners) a chance to know more indepth about K-pop music and idols. I am very happy I chose the package offered by Trazy.

The 14th INK K-Pop Concert was a great experience. The entire schedule was well-organized and we had enough time to enjoy all the activities. The concert itself was amazing, with good vibes and energy and offered us (the foreigners) a chance to know more indepth about K-pop music and idols. The tour was great! We got dropped by wolmido and then got to see the concert with a great view cause the seats we got were amazing. The only downside was that we arrived in Wolmido late so we didn’t have as much time as we would have liked there. Other than that it was great.

It was such a fun experience. You don't only get pretty good seats for the concert, but also get a round trip for such an affordable price. A must try!

Me and my group of friends really liked this event and having some free time at the the theme park was nice. One minus was that my group was told to just get on a bus after the event and not gather like other groups where told. Which did leave us a bit confused.

Back in 2019/2020 before Covid, they used to sell cool tickets like to award shows. But they haven't offered tickets like these in a long time and I'm really sad because I wanted to go 😔. Hopefully they can start selling more tickets like these soon so foreigners can easily attend also.

Very well organised and our tour guide (Lucia) was great. The concert was brilliant with a great line up. The seats were also close to the stage which was awesome. The only downside was the photographers at the venue who regularly took peoples' seats when they went to the bathroom and blocked views standing up in the aisle and with large cameras in rows in front of you. I'm not sure if Trazy could control this, though - it is probably is a responsibility of INK concert itself to better regulate the photographers, although it would have been helpful if our tour guide had helped people on our tour who had their seats taken by photographers when they went to the bathroom. Everything else was great!

It was great to talk to him since he was very open and engaged. The park was also really nice and will totally go there again. The concert was really good as well, the seats were amazing. I was in the 6th row which was really cool since I have never been so close to the stage. The artists were sooo good and it was simply an amazing experience. Happy that I booked the trip! Was great seeing so many artists up close! The time spent at the market felt a bit rushed though, we could have stayed there for longer.
