Avoid heavy makeup before the appointment. If makeup is already applied, please arrive 15 minutes early to remove it personally.
Refrain from treatments that may impact makeup results, such as exfoliation, chemical peels (acid treatments), dermatology procedures, or excessive skincare before the visit.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time. Late arrivals more than 10 minutes may result in adjusted or shortened service time, depending on the day’s schedule. Those who are more than 1 hour late will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
For sensitive skin, allergies, or specific skin conditions, inform staff in advance.
If makeup application is delayed due to insufficient preparation (such as unclean skin or skin condition issues), the delay will be counted within the reserved service time.
If recent dermatology or cosmetic procedures have been performed (including injections, laser treatments, or skin treatments), proceeding with makeup during the recovery period is at personal discretion. Any resulting skin issues, allergic reactions, infections, or side effects are not the responsibility of the studio.

1 day before the reserved date (no later than 10:00am): 100% refund
Less than 10:00am, 1 day before the reserved date: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 1 day before the original reserved date (no later than 10:00am KST). Changes are limited to one time per person.
