  2. This is a shared tour with fixed departure times. Late arrivals and no-shows cannot be accommodated or refunded.
  3. Traffic around the yacht marina can be heavy, so allow extra travel time.
  4. Tours operate in normal rain, and complimentary raincoats are provided.
  5. If sailing is canceled due to a typhoon, heavy rain advisory, or high wave advisory, you may reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.
  6. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board.
  7. Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its facilities during the tour.
  8. The tour may be canceled for safety reasons due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
