Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day of the tour to join.

  1. All participants must bring a valid ID (foreign registration card, passport copy or captured image in mobile phones) for verification.
  2. Upon entry, you are required to remove your shoes and store them in the shoe locker. Sandals, slippers, and sneakers are not permitted within the festival venue.
  3. Smoking is not allowed within the festival venue.
  4. You are not allowed to bring food or beverages into the festival venue.
  5. Lost tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
  6. This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.
