The staff at this cafe were very cold and strange. They kept hoarding all the dogs. They would pick up the dogs and always give them hugs. However, if a customer tried to play with any of the dogs, a staff member would always come and interrupt it. There were 20 customer in the room and no one was playing with the dogs. Why do they have a dog cafe, if they don't want to allow the customers to play with the dogs? Meerkat cafe and the dog/ raccoon cafe diagonally across from Hongik park are much, much better!

Visited this dog cafe with 3 of my friends and we concluded that it is the world's saddest dog cafe. Dont even get me started on how unfriendly the staff were, the dogs were also being so controlled and intimidated by the owners that it is borderline disturbing. The dogs aren't human friendly and they tend to shy away from people and even growl when you approach them. This is a stark difference from the previous dog cafe we visited on our trip - Bau House Dog Cafe (highly reccomend for a great time). Anyway, we end up playing with other patrons' dogs instead as they came up to us for cuddles. Honestly Puppy Sang Sang cafe, please review your training methods cause this is definitely not Cesar Millian-approved. Now for the Pros (not that there are many, but do bear with me), there are clean. K thanks bye!

Cheers,
A very very disapproving and dissatisfied customer.

After spending an hour trying to find this cafe because directions are inaccurate, we arrived at the cafe. After removing shoes and having hand sanitiser applied, we are taken to a table. Then you are presented with a menu as you have to buy a drink at a cost of 5000 won and on top of this, they charge a fee of 3000 won which I did not expect! I have been to other dog cafes (Bau house) which are free entry, much more relaxed and enjoyable than this one. Because we are from the UK, I felt we were treated a bit like outsiders which made it an uncomfortable atmosphere and therefore didn't stay long. My recommendation is to Try other dog cafes before this one.
