"Gwanghwamun Arts Hall", located nearby Kyungbokgung Station and Sajik Park, is the first permanent traditional play theater of the Republic of Korea. It offers a traditional play performance equipped with popularity and entertainment not only in Korea but also in all over the world as well.
"Gwanghwamun Arts Hall" has 350 seats to facilitate Korean performance culture to be created where spectators and players (performers) can see, watch, and enjoy all together.
There is also a traditional play performance called "Pan" by a famous traditional performer, Kim Duk Soo. ‘Pan’ is a performance that includes traditional Korean plays where masque performers demonstrate music, dance, sound, drama, and acrobat in a wide playground as a place for plays.
