- Choice of 1 dish from 6 menus: Hobaktteok (Pumpkin Rice Cake), Gogumatteok (Sweet Potato Rice Cake), Nokchatteok (Green Tea Rice Cake), Kotsanbyung (Flowered Rice Cake), Boseuldanja (Sweet Rice Cake Balls), Ma ehwakot Tteok (Maehwa Flower Rice Cake)

**Making Kimchi
- Choice of 1 dish from 7 menus: Baechu Kimchi (Cabbage Kimchi), Baekkimchi (White Cabbage Kimchi), Kkakdugi (Diced Radish Kimchi), Nabak Kimchi (Radhish Water Kimchi), Oisobagi (Cucumber Kimchi), Bossam Kimchi (Wrapped Kimchi), Chonggak Kimchi (Whole Radish Kimchi)

**Making Traditional Korean Dishes
- Choice of 2 dishes from 9 menus and Hanbok experience: Bulgogi (Korean Barbecue), Bibimpap (Rice Mixed with vegetables and Beef), Japchae (Potato Starch Noodles stir-fried with vegetables), Samgyetang (Ginseng chicken soup), Sundubu-jjigae (spicy soft tofu stew), Haemul-Pajeon (Seafood Green Onion Pancake), Naengmyeon(Buckwheat noodles in Chilled broth) and Gimpap.
