The facts
Food & Culture Academy is an educational institution of Korean culinary culture which first opened in 2002.
There are two types of Korean cooking classes:
- the first one is dedicated to people who wish to have a culinary experience. Participants in the class first watch a demonstration by an experienced chef instructor and then make their own with already prepared ingredients. The class takes approximately 30 minutes per each dish.
- the second one is dedicated to avid cooks who wish to learn about Korean cuisine. Participants in this class are looking for techniques. This class takes about 1 hour per each dish.
The list of Korean dishes is long, you wil find what you like: Kimchi, Bulgogi, Haemul Pajeon, Mandu, Bibimpap...

The prices are ranged between 15.000 won to 65.000 won for one Korean dish.
** 5% discount if you choose more than 3 dishes.
** 5 % discount if there is more than 10 people joining class.
** If only one person reserves, 10.000 won extra cost needed.
