The facts

Woryeonggyo or the Moonlight Bridge is one of Andong's most scenic attractions. It is especially popular among couples who love walking under the moonlight, as well as to photographers who love capturing colorful night scenes.
In addition, Woryeonggyo is Korea's longest wooden bridge.

The Weolyeonggyo Bridge measures at 378 meters long and 3.6 meters wide. Its entire structure is made from pine wood and there’s also a resting area located in the center. Spanning over the Nakdong River (the longest river in South Korea), its name originates from the beautiful atmosphere surrounding the area. It really comes alive at night, and the moon’s reflection on the river prompted giving it the name ‘The Moonlight Bridge.’ They say that prior to its current name, more than 300 others were considered.

Awesome Trazer
This is one of my favorite attractions in the province. Though it was a bit cloudy when I went, the fog and mist added deep tranquility to the bridge. Nearby there is an AMAZING stone freezer built over 250 years ago. In addition, there is a folk museum that gives you a look into Andong's rich history.
