The facts
Tapgol park is the first park in Korea. 3.1 movement took place here in 1910's. There's an octagonal pavilion and Korea national treasure No.2 and treasure No.3. When you get here, you could see lots of old men playing Korean chess. It's so near from Chang duk palace, Jong myo and Gyung bok palace as well.

It's a very calm place, a lot of grandpas and grandmas come here. If you are going to/coming from Insadong, it's a great place to take a rest.

Even though this park is much smaller than other parks. The value of this park is the highest I'm sure. Around this park, there's a lot of tourists' attractions such as Insa dong street and some palaces. Very good place~~
