Gabojung is really popular, and you can sense as you enter how it is always busy but so efficient that you are not kept waiting for the service. I have been here mostly during company lunches or dinners, as the price goes up to 30,000w easily. I have only been there once on my own with friends.
For the company meals, we got picked up at the office by a mini bus that took us directly to the restaurant. Once there, we were directed to a big private room (we were around 20 people) and 3 waitresses began entering and exiting non-stop, bringing some side dishes, drinks, meat, or whatever it was.
Their coodination and efficiency is quite amazing. In less than an hour we had finished eating! They help you cook the meat, bring extra side dishes or drinks if you need them, etc. They don't interact with you, they are just like robots perfectly synchronized to make it seem like the food appears cooked automatically in front of you.
The smell of the meat is amazing. As soon s you enter the eating area you can enjoy the aroma. I am not particularly fanatic of Korean side dishes, but since they bring more than 10 types, there are always at least 2 or 3 I enjoy.
The only thing I wish, is that price wasn't so steep, so I could go with friends or on casual dinners as well :)
