Disco Pizza has the best pizza dough in Seoul. The chef, Yong-Tae Kim, trained at the Culinary Institute of America and this is his dream pizza store. His love for food made to perfection shows in each of the dishes.
The pickles, and many of the toppings, including the chorizo sausages are made in the store. The pizza dough is crunchy and chewy and soft all at once. I realize it sounds contradictory, but it is definitely a must-try item!
