Admission was free, and the selection of exhibits here are pretty good. Very interesting look into Korean history and its interactions with counterparts like China and Japan.

Big exhibition and free. Best place for meditation near 'live history'.

Seriously there is no reason for anyone to not visit the national museum for at least once in Korea. The entrance is free for both Koreans and foreigners (some special exhibitions are additionally charged though), and you can really feel how much effort the Korean gov puts into the preservation of the country's history and culture! Great for history enthusiasts, families, couples, friends, and even solo visitors.
