Grilled Salted Pork Barbeque 돼지저금통 수정 옥돌 생소금구이

I had the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time in Piggy bank (Hongdae branch). The staff here were only concerned about getting us into the queue for the restaurant. We waited for utensils (it was not self service, but forgiven since the staff looked apologetic about it). Our first and only request to top up veg and kimchi for wrap were ignored numerous times. When the veg finally came (the kimchi never did), it was rudely shoved to us, and we have already finished the meat due to the long wait. The service was so infuriating I wanted to leave before I was done with the food. I understand they are more bothered with getting customers into their shop, but this is totally outrageous. I’ve been to other touristy places but this is the worst ever in Korea.
