Visitors to Busan’s major tourist spots Haeundae and Gwangalli can rent bicycles for free. Haeundae-gu and Suyeong-gu will provide free bicycle rentals to local and foreign tourists, and also residents for one to two hours.
The center has 50 adult bicycles for rental and can be used by tourists or residents coming to Haeundae. Maximum rental time is two hours per person, and users must submit their identification card.
Foreigners can submit their alien registration cards or passports. The center also provides services such as fixing punctured tires, adjusting tires, inflating tires and more. Repairs are free if the parts cost less than 5,000 won. Suyeong-gu is also operating a free bicycle rental service in front of the Beach Apartment 301 in Namcheon-dong next to Gwangalli Beach.
They made the road very neat and wide, which makes you feel more comfortable than the regular pedestrian street and there is some sporting equipments on the road that you can use.
* The center doesn't have any locker to keep your bag so you need to take your bags with you during the ride.

There are no fine for returning the bike late but when its busy season it's polite to return the bike before your time. But please do remember that if you lost it or break it(and it costs more than 5,000 won to fix), you have to pay for the full price of it.
