The facts

"Maximo Burrito," is fairly new bistro that has been only opened up for few months. It sells burritos that are not the same in any other place. They contain rice or potato wedges inside and contain almost no vegetables. However, there is a good variety from sausage, beef, chicken, and even Beiken (Bacon). They also allow for you to choose how spicy the burrito is from regular mild, spicy, to very spicy.

I recommend spicy. The mild has a sweet aftertaste while the very spicy is too spicy for me to enjoy. The amount is satisfactory with a great taste. The soda is also cheap and is self-refill. The location is perfect with no loud noises from outside and music played in the store. There is also a movie that is played on the television but no sound, however they have subtitles.

This is a great place to grab a lunch with someone and just sit and enjoy the food. The price is great so no one may feel burdened. It’s a nice location to try some new food out without spending a lot of money. They also wrap the burritos in paper wraps and are glad for take outs. They even re-wrap your burrito if you are full and want to take what is left.

The food didn't convince me enough to go back, because it does have some Korean taste to it and I don't like korean food.
The prices are super cheap and service is good and nice though!

I ordered both beef and chicken burrito, and asked for non spicy. However, it was still spicy to me (the red sauce that tasted like Korean), and I thought they gave me the spicy one so i went to complain. The reassured it was the non spicy one, and offered to make it again but I said it was OK (if it was already non spicy, not much they could do anyway).
Later they came to offer me an ice americano to help with the spiciness and I chose to get extra coke instead.
They were nice and truly concerned.
Therefore, i can't give them a bad grade. I think if you don't mind Mexican food tasting a bit Korean (fusion?), then this is a good place to go and save some bucks.
