- To use electronic tickets on Yui Rail, it is recommended to use a smartphone that does not have Mobile Suica or Mobile PASMO installed. If you have either of these apps set up, there is a high chance that one of them may respond instead. If this happens, please inform the staff at the ticket gate window.
- When using an e-ticket on Yui Rail with an iPhone that has Apple Pay installed, the Apple Pay screen may pop up when the ticket gate detects the device’s signal. If the Apple Pay screen appears while entering or exiting the gate, please notify the station staff at the ticket gate.
