- Individuals under 18 years old cannot join this experience.
- Individuals under 145 cm and over 185 cm cannot join this experience.
- Each kart is for one person. Multi-seater karts are not available.
- You may bring your own costume as long as it complies with Japanese laws.
[About the international driver's license]
- Please bring a valid certificate for driving in Japan. If the certificate/license is not valid, you will not be able to join the experience, and no refunds will be issued.
- Valid certificates include: Japanese driver's license, international driver's license, or SOFA license for US Forces Japan.
- International visitors must have an international driver's license. The validity period of the international driver's license is one year from the date of issuance.
- If you are from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan, you must present a local driver's license, an authorized Japanese translation, and your passport.
- The 1949 Geneva convention on International Road Traffic must be written on the international driver's license.

[About the insurance coverage]
The insurance included in the experience is standard insurance with basic coverage.
- Bodily injury (other than driver): up to 80,000,000 yen
- Property damage: up to 20,000,000 yen
- Driver injury: up to 5,000,000 yen
[About the go-kart experience]
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Present your confirmation email, passport, and valid driver's license.
- Receive a wrist band from the staff and complete the questionnaire.
- Please store all your belongings in the locker, except your passport and driver's license.
- Choose your costume.
- The guide will provide instructions on how to drive the kart and explain safety precautions.
