- There are no restrooms or changing rooms at the SUP/Kayak venue. Please use the restrooms or changing rooms beforehand.
- For Sunset & Night SUP/Kayak options, depending on the weather, you may not be able to see the sunset or starry sky. In that case, no discounts or refunds will be provided.
- Tour schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
[Hotel pickup & drop off service]
- For options that include transfer service, pickup is limited to hotels in Ishigaki City.
[Snorkeling]
- Qualified guides will lead the tour. (For snorkeling, the ratio of staff to guests is 1 staff member to 8 guests.)
- For Sunset & Night SUP/Kayak options, visibility of the sunset or starry sky depends on the weather. If these are not visible, no discounts or refunds will be provided.
- Children over 1 year old are allowed to participate.
- Children from 1 year old to junior high school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- For safety reasons, depending on the sea conditions on the day of the tour, children under 5 years old and beginners in marine activities may be refused participation. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

About Blue Cave
- While there are no dangerous spots around the cave, it is not a tourist-oriented area, but a place where nature remains untouched.
- Due to strong rip currents and currents flowing out to sea, the guide will ensure a safe and secure tour of the surrounding waters when you visit the Blue Cave.
- Collecting animals or plants is prohibited. Please refrain from touching animals and plants, including coral. If you pick something up, make sure to return it to its original location.
- Please be mindful of the local environment. Protect nature and respect the culture of the residents in the Yonehara area.
[Kayak / SUP]
- Children aged 6 and over can participate.
- Guests aged 6 to junior high school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
